(843) 934-1190Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or a door code and come back to a finished house. If you'd rather be there the first time to walk us through, that's welcome too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — products, cloths, vacuum, everything. If you have something specific you want used on a surface, leave it out and tell us; we'll use yours instead.
Can I ask you to focus on certain rooms?
Absolutely, and it's often the best value. If the kitchen and the bathrooms are what really bother you, we'll spend the time there instead of spreading it thin across the whole house.
How is the price calculated?
Per job, not per hour, based on the size of the space and how often we come. You get the number before we start, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours we may apply a partial fee, since the crew is already blocked for you.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every one of them, before their first job. We're bonded and insured as a company, and we're happy to send the certificate if you'd like to see it.
